Banza Plain Chickpea Crust Pizza
- White Sauce
7 oz. 7 soft or silken tofu
3 Tbsp 3 refined coconut oil (melted)
1 Tbsp 1 tapioca starch
2 large cloves garlic
2 Tbsp 2 nutritional yeast
2 Tbsp 2 lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp 1/2 miso paste
1 tsp 1 cayenne pepper (optional)
- Suggested Toppings
artichoke hearts
sliced black olives
crimini mushrooms (from a can)
chopped purple onions
spinach
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350* F. Blend all the white sauce ingredients in a food processor or small blender.
- Then add sauce on top of your ready made crust (trust me get ready made crust it will make your life so much easier).
- Now top with your preferred toppings and bake in a preheated oven for 15 – 17 mins until crust is golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy! Save any extra sauce for dipping or for your next pizza
