kcalEasy, delicious vegan queso with no cashews!
Ingredients
2 cups boiled potatoes
2 Tbsp shredded carrots
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
Juice of one lime (optional)
3 Tbsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1/4 cup green chiles
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp salt
1 cup coconut milk (add more or less to desired consistency)
1 cup nutritional yeast
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve with chips or with BBQ Nachos recipe.
