Try this bang bang tofu air fryer recipe – takes minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 block diced tofu

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Bang Bang Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp chili garlic sauce

  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 juiced lime

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp date syrup

Preparation

  • Ensure tofu has been diced then toss in 1 tsp olive oil. Once tossed add to air fryer for 10 mins on 400*.
  • Meanwhile mix your bang bang sauce ingredients and set aside.
  • After tofu has finished baking toss your tofu with the bang bang sauce.
  • Serve immediately over rice or noodles – enjoy!
