kcalA tasty twist on an American classic, chickpea salad.
Ingredients
1 can 1 14 oz chickpeas
2 Tbsp 2 dijon mustard
3 Tbsp 3 Tahini
3 Tbsp 3 dill, dried
1/4 cup 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup 1/4 red grapes, sliced
1/2 cup 1/2 celery, chopped
1/4 cup 1/4 pecans, chopped
1 Tbsp 1 onion powder
1 Tbsp 1 garlic powder
juice of one lemon
salt + pepper to taste
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly.
- Allow to sit in refrigerator for at least one hour prior to serving – enjoy!
