A tasty twist on an American classic, chickpea salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 can 14 oz chickpeas

  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard

  • 3 Tbsp Tahini

  • 3 Tbsp dill, dried

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup red grapes, sliced

  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp onion powder

  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder

  • juice of one lemon

  • salt + pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly.
  • Allow to sit in refrigerator for at least one hour prior to serving – enjoy!
