A tasty twist on an American classic, chickpea salad.


  • 1 can 1 14 oz chickpeas

  • 2 Tbsp 2 dijon mustard

  • 3 Tbsp 3 Tahini

  • 3 Tbsp 3 dill, dried

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 red grapes, sliced

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 celery, chopped

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 pecans, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp 1 onion powder

  • 1 Tbsp 1 garlic powder

  • juice of one lemon

  • salt + pepper to taste


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly.
  • Allow to sit in refrigerator for at least one hour prior to serving – enjoy!
