A smoothie bowl for brain power!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup frozen bananas

  • 1/4 cup ground coffee

  • 2 dates

  • 1/4 cup peanuts

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (to desired thickness)

Preparation

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Then top with favorite toppings. Pictured here: fresh blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, bananas and ground coffee.
