The perfect sweet drink when you need a refresher.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Add a few candied roses to bottom of glass (see notes).
  • Fill glass with a few ice cubes, about halfway. Then top with muddled strawberries.
  • Whisk together water and coconut milk then pour in glass.
  • Top with sparkling water. Stir and then garnish with roses and strawberries.

Notes

  • Rose-infused simple syrup: Mix 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup water + 1/4 cup dried roses over medium heat. Let simmer for 10 minutes – do not let it burn and stir frequently. After ten minutes strain syrup in a glass container with an airtight lid at store room temperature for up to two weeks. Don’t throw away the roses – see next note.
  • Candied Roses: These are the roses you strained above, use these to garnish the drink. Serve immediately or throw away. Not sure these would keep too well.
