kcalRefreshing strawberry smoothie bowl packed with vitamin c and calming lavendar.
Ingredients
1 cup bananas, frozen
1 cup strawberries, frozen
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 Tbsp Lavender simple syrup (see notes)
1/2 tsp Strawberry Extract
Topping: sliced strawberries, blueberries, chia seeds or any other toppings you’d enjoy
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients together except toppings.
- Once blended top with sliced strawberries, blueberries and chia seeds. Enjoy!
Notes
- Lavender Simple Syrup: gently bring 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water and 2 Tbsp lavender to boil. Turn down heat and let simmer for 10 – 20 minutes. Strain lavender out. Store in cool dry place for up to 2 weeks.
