Refreshing strawberry smoothie bowl packed with vitamin c and calming lavendar.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bananas, frozen

  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1 Tbsp Lavender simple syrup (see notes)

  • 1/2 tsp Strawberry Extract

  • Topping: sliced strawberries, blueberries, chia seeds or any other toppings you’d enjoy

Preparation

  • Blend all ingredients together except toppings.
  • Once blended top with sliced strawberries, blueberries and chia seeds. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Lavender Simple Syrup: gently bring 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water and 2 Tbsp lavender to boil. Turn down heat and let simmer for 10 – 20 minutes. Strain lavender out. Store in cool dry place for up to 2 weeks.
