  • 1 tbsp 1 Rose Petals

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Almond Milk

  • 1 tsp 1 Maple Syrup

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 Beetroot Powder


  • Steep rose petals in 1/2 cup of boiling water for 5-7 minutes and strain petals.
  • Add maple syrup and beetroot powder and mix well.
  • Froth milk and pour into rose tea.
  • Enjoy!
