This burrito bowl recipe is a tasty and healthy meal! Making it perfect for sustaining gut healthy habits.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quinoa (or brown rice), cooked

  • 1 cup black beans, cooked

  • 4 cups kale, chopped

  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 2ears corn, fresh

  • 2 Tbsp Core & Rind Cheesy Cashew Sauce

Preparation

  • Take two bowls and split ingredients between bowls. Serve.
