Ingredients
1 cup freshly sliced pineapple
1 cup freshly chopped mango
1 cup chopped cooked seitan
4 kabob skewers
Elijah’s Xtreme Pineapple Mango, divided
Preparation
- Preheat grill to about 400*.
- Cook seitan, chop and toss in 1/4 cup of pineapple-mango hot sauce.
- Next add 3- 4 seitan pieces to kabob skewer alternating pieces between pineapple and mango slices.
- Once grill is hot add kabobs to grill and allow to cook on both sides for about 7 minutes. While grilling brush kabob with remaining hot sauce.
- Serve immediately.
