Zesty, tangy chik’n kabobs perfect for your Summer grill.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Preheat grill to about 400*.
  • Cook seitan, chop and toss in 1/4 cup of pineapple-mango hot sauce.
  • Next add 3- 4 seitan pieces to kabob skewer alternating pieces between pineapple and mango slices.
  • Once grill is hot add kabobs to grill and allow to cook on both sides for about 7 minutes. While grilling brush kabob with remaining hot sauce.
  • Serve immediately.
