Ingredients
6 cups peanuts
2 Tbsp salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350*. Lightly salt peanuts before putting them in the over. Roast for 6 – 8 minutes.
- Add to food processor and blend until smooth. About 5 – 7 minutes. Be careful that the motor does not overheat.
- Store in mason jars. Enjoy!
