Beautiful Spring matcha bowl – perfect for a quick morning pick me up!

Ingredients

  • Matcha Bowl Ingredients
  • 1 cup bananas, frozen

  • 1 cup peaches, frozen

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 2 dates, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp matcha powder

  • Toppings
  • 1/2 cup grapes, halved

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds

Preparation

  • Blend all matcha bowl ingredients together until smoothie.
  • Add to your bowl and top with grapes and hemp seeds. Enjoy!
