Steak Sauce for Martha Stewart’s Mushroom Steak

Ingredients
- Steak Sauce
1 cup 1 water
1/2 1/2 Not Beef Bouillon Cube
1/2 – 1 tsp 1/2 – 1 tapioca starch (use according to preferred sauce thickness)
2 Tbsp 2 Hoison sauce
Preparation
- Boil water with bouillon cube on medium high heat until cube fully dissolves.
- Whisk in hoison sauce and tapicoa starch. Whisking until sauce thickens.
- Turn heat down low and simmer for 3 – 5 minutes.
- Top the steak and/or mashed cauliflower with sauce and enjoy!
