I found this delicious recipe on Martha Stewart’s website. The recipe is credited from the book “Mad Hungry,” by Lucinda Scala Quinn (Artisan Books). Please see link to recipe in notes below.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Boil water with bouillon cube on medium high heat until cube fully dissolves.
  • Whisk in hoison sauce and tapicoa starch. Whisking until sauce thickens.
  • Turn heat down low and simmer for 3 – 5 minutes.
  • Top the steak and/or mashed cauliflower with sauce and enjoy!
