Easy, nutrient packed recipe for London Fog.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz early grey tea, hot

  • 1 tsp date paste

  • 1 oz plant milk

Preparation

  • Prepare earl grey tea according to package directions.
  • Pour hot tea and plant milk over date paste in a blender cup.
  • Blend and Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use a whisk but a blender will ensure it’s less clumpy
