Did you love Chik-fil-A before going vegan like I did? If so, this vegan recipe is for you! Buttery biscuits paired with crispy, hot honey chicken nuggets drenched in Frank’s Hot Sauce and drizzled with vegan honey. It quite possibly can’t get any better than this. But I’ll let you be the judge. Let’s start cooking!

Gather Ingredients for Hot Honey Chicken Minis

There’s not much cooking in the recipe. Rather I’m showing you how to pair a few key ingredients together to create your own breakfast sandwich masterpiece.

Here’s what you will need:

Bake & Make Your Breakfast Sandwich

First make sure both your oven and air fryer have been preheated. Then make your biscuits first as they will likely take the longest. About halfway through baking your biscuits begin to cook your chicken nuggets in the air fryer.

As both your biscuits and nuggets finish baking prepare your sauce. You can do this one of two ways. Mix the vegan honey with Frank’s Hot Sauce or when the chicken is finished toss the chicken in the hot sauce and drizzle with honey. Completely up to you!

I chose to toss in hot sauce and then drizzle with honey simply because I prefer mine more on the spicy side than sweet. But be sure to go with your preferred method. A quick, simple (not so healthy but hey we all have our days right) vegan breakfast recipe for mornings on the go! Enjoy.

  • As both your biscuits and nuggets finish baking prepare your sauce. You can do this one of two ways. Mix the vegan honey with Frank’s Hot Sauce or when the chicken is finished toss the chicken in the hot sauce and drizzle with honey.
  • Split your biscuits, top with chicken and enjoy!
