Who doesn’t love a quick and easy snack. This is one of those snacks that is not just sweet but filling. To make this healthy chickpea chocolate bark you’ll only need a few ingredients to get started. It’s so simple to make too. Let’s try it out!

Here are the ingredients you’ll need for this recipe:

Healthy Chickpea Chocolate Bark
  • Chickpeas
  • Vegan Chocolate Chips
  • Peanut Butter
  • Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Prepare the Sweet Potato Chocolate Chip Muffin Batter

To get started with this recipe add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in thirty second increments, stirring as you go. Be sure to still until smooth and melted – this took me about 3 or 4 times using thirty second increments.

Then mix in the chickpeas and peanut butter. Smooth into a glass pan into a nice, smooth layer. Sprinkle the cayenne pepper on top, if desired. Freeze in the freeze for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
