Healthy Chickpea Chocolate Bark
- Vegan Chocolate Chips
- Peanut Butter
- Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Prepare the Sweet Potato Chocolate Chip Muffin Batter
To get started with this recipe add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in thirty second increments, stirring as you go. Be sure to still until smooth and melted – this took me about 3 or 4 times using thirty second increments.
Then mix in the chickpeas and peanut butter. Smooth into a glass pan into a nice, smooth layer. Sprinkle the cayenne pepper on top, if desired. Freeze in the freeze for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
