kcalThese red velvet brownies are packed with protein so they make the perfect breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
1 cup 1 rolled oats
1/4 cup 1/4 water
2 Tbsp 2 beetroot powder or medium beets (150-200g)*
1/2 cup 1/2 cooked or canned black beans
1/4 cup 1/4 cocoa
3/4 cup 3/4 granulated coconut sugar
1/4 tsp 1/4 salt
1/2 tsp 1/2 agar
1 1/2 tsp 1 1/2 baking powder
1 tsp 1 vanilla extract
1/2 tsp 1/2 natural butter flavor
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350F, spray 8×8 baking pan with non-stick spray, and set aside.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour into the prepared baking dish, and bake for 35 minutes. The brownies will firm up as they cool.
