1/2 tbsp tapioca flour
2 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 tbsp cooking oil
everything else
12 inches baguette, cut in half
⅓ large carrot, shredded
½ small cucumber, sliced
½ jalapeño, seeded and cut into thin rings
a few fresh sprigs of cilantro
vegan mayonnaise (optional)
Prepare the tofu bahn mi sandwich
