A quick and easy snack filled with protein and fiber.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Blend the peanut butter, vanilla, and dates in a food processor.
  • Refrigerate for about half an hour, so the paste becomes less runny.
  • Take one pretzel and spoon the paste in the middle of the pretzel. Then place another pretzel on top so that you get a peanut butter pretzel sandwich.
  • Repeat this until you run out of pretzels. You should have about 25-30 pretzel sandwiches.
  • Melt the chocolate in a bowl and dip your pretzels halfway into the chocolate.
  • Freeze the pretzels for about an hour and enjoy.

Notes

  • Store the pretzels in the freezer for up to 5 days.
