1 cup Spinach, chopped
1/2 cup Artichokes, quartered
1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup Tomatoes, quartered
1/4 cup Chickpeas, cooked
2 Tbsp Dill, dried
1 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp Tahini
1/8 cup vinegar of choice or lemon juice (I used champagne vinegar)
pinch of salt
