A sweet and tangy snack sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Air Popped Corn

  • 5 ounces Marshmallows

  • 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 1/2 Cup Chopped dried apples

  • 1/2 Cup Chopped pecans

  • 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon

Preparation

  • Prepare 8×8 pan. Line with foil and spray generously with nonstick.
  • In large bowl combine marshmallows and coconut oil. Microwave on high until marshmallows fluff up to double their size (between 1-2 minutes depending on microwave). Remove from microwave and stir to combine marshmallows and butter.
  • Add popcorn and stir until mostly coated.
  • Add dried apples and pecans. Stir to combine.
  • Transfer mixture to prepared pan and press down firmly with hands or bottom of a cup.
  • Allow to cool. Remove from pan and carefully peel foil from bottom. Cut into 8 squares. Serve.
