Crispy, garlicky chickpea snack that’s high protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garlic

  • 1 tsp oil (optional)

Preparation

  • Toss all the ingredients together and add a parchment liner to air fryer.
  • Pour chickpeas into air fryer in a single layer and allow to air fry for 10 minutes on 350*.
  • Take them out and serve immediately.
