Ingredients
1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp oil (optional)
Preparation
- Toss all the ingredients together and add a parchment liner to air fryer.
- Pour chickpeas into air fryer in a single layer and allow to air fry for 10 minutes on 350*.
- Take them out and serve immediately.
