1 Tbsp 1 unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp 1 vanilla

- Grease baking pan with coconut oil.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl. Mash until no large chunks are remaining.

- Mix the cinnamon streusel topping together and crumble on top of banana loaf.
- Bake in oven for 25 – 35 minutes. When finished toothpick should come out clean.
- Remove from the oven, allowing the banana bread to cool for 15 minutes in the pan and then on your cooling rack until complete cooled.
Notes
- You want it to be a just a little bit undercooked when coming out of the oven because it will continue cooking in the pan for 10 – 15 mins.

This is incredibly yummy!!! I used coconut sugar instead of brown in my bread and a little brown for my crumble and this, I gotta say, is one of the best banana bread recipes I ever made.
Sooo glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the feedback and the love 🙂
