1 cup 1 Spinach
1/4 cup 1/4 pico de gallo
- Chickpea Scrambled Eggs
1 can 1 chickpeas
1/4 cup 1/4 tahini
1 tsp 1 black salt
1 Tbsp 1 mushroom bouillon powder
1 tsp 1 black pepper
1 tsp 1 ground mustard
1 cup 1 vegetable broth
Preparation
- Smash chickpeas in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Add 1 Tbsp oil to skillet and heat over medium heat. Then add chickpeas to skillet along with remaining scrambled egg ingredients.
- Sauté scrambled eggs over medium heat until creamy.
- Add eggs, spinach and pico de gallo to tortilla. Wrap and enjoy!
