Light and refreshing blueberry lavender chia seed pudding


  • 1/2 cup 1/2 frozen blueberries

  • 1 Cup 1 blueberry lavender almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons 2 date paste

  • 1 teaspoon 1 ground cinnamon, or vanilla extract

  • 5 tablespoons 5 chia seeds


  • Add frozen blueberries, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and date paste to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Add chia seeds and mix well.
  • Seal the jar and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • After that, stir the pudding again to make sure that there are no lumps at the bottom.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. You can also freeze it overnight.
  • Divide the pudding into 2 glasses.
  • Add some fresh blueberries on the top and enjoy.
