Ingredients

  • 1 cup beets, cooked

  • 1 cup pineapples, frozen

  • 1 cup bananas, frozen

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (more if you prefer a thinner smoothie)

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
