Easy sheet pan nachos, perfect for your next game night.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups 4 tortilla chips

  • 1-2cups queso

  • mushroom carnitas

  • 1 cup 1 pica de gallo

  • 1 cup 1 shredded cabbage

  • 1 cup 1 black beans

  • handful chopped cilantro

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375*.
  • Layer chips, queso, beans, carnitas, cabbage and pico de gallo on sheet pan.
  • Bake nachos in oven for 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
